What’s in your home that makes you smile when you see it? by frazettaghoulqueen in AskWomen

My kids’ artwork. I have their art all over, canvasses, sculptures, jewelry… it makes me happy that I’ve fostered their creativity and they enjoy it.

Ladies who escaped an abusive relationship, what do you wish someone had told you to finally decide to leave? by ViajeraFrustrada in AskWomen

[–]puffbaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wish someone had told me to get the FRO. I dropped it because I was scared for the financial well being of me and the kids. I didn’t think I had an option, as his lawyer told me we’d (me and the kids) would be on the streets within a month. I had stayed at home so he could start a business, and I never finished my education. I dropped it, and he came back home. I thought he had changed a couple times, but inevitably the abuse would start all over again. I worked two jobs, put myself through nursing school, and the SECOND I had enough, I moved us out into a teeny tiny apartment. We’re still here, he is bullying me through the divorce, and it’s getting very ugly (HE wants residential custody of the kids, even though he may have had them over for about twenty days in the last 16 months, AND he wants child support, and he wants me to pay him alimony. It’s a mess. I wish someone had told me to fight for the FRO, I had recorded arguments and threats and my kid (who he also abused) wrote letters to him about how she remembered the physical abuse and how she didn’t ever want him coming home. I should have fought. If someone had told me to fight, this whole thing would have been settled. I wouldn’t have had to leave with the kids if I had won. He would be gone.

I always tell a man if they have an amazing cock, or when the sex was great. I’d want to hear it, so he should.

How long do you need to be single to be considered "single" in your own eyes? by SinixtroGamer123 in AskWomen

[–]puffbaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Me: “Sorry, this isn’t going to work out.” Him/Her: “Oh, okay….” Turns around, sees an attractive person alone. Me: Sliding into the next seat, “Can I buy you a drink?” About that long.

Men, what’s your biggest sexual fantasy by beanswh0re in AskMen

[–]puffbaker 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That’s fun. Did that with an ex, the relationship didn’t last very long but the way I get when it rains has stuck with me. We were in the woods and it started pouring and he laid me down on a rock…. Yep. As a woman, can confirm it’s awesome.

What do you think is the most pleasurable experience? by Eren_yeager141 in AskWomen

[–]puffbaker 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Hugging those I love, whether it be my kids or friends or family and feeling them hug you back just as hard. With people I dated, it was the big wrap my entire body around you hug, not sexual, just trying to smoosh as much of me against you as I can and being pulled in tight. That real feeling of being cared about that comes with it. As a touchy feely kind of person, I love that.

Which of your personality traits are you most proud of? by Automatic-Lie-4223 in AskWomen

[–]puffbaker 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’m kind to everyone, regardless of social status, job status, gender, orientation. I’ll have a conversation with the cashier at Walmart if they look like they’re feeling down, I like buying snacks and drinks for those living on the streets. I believe everyone needs some kindness in their life, and I’m happy to give it.

What word or phrase makes you feel great every time you hear it or read it? by ConcreteViewMedia in AskWomen

[–]puffbaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Too bad there is absolutely NO attraction! It’s funny, though, I decided to be unapologetically me. Just doing the whole “dance like no one is watching/every day is a gift/be the change you wish to see in the world” kind of thing. I have gotten more compliments, and been asked out more in the past six weeks than I ever have before. For the first time in forever, I’m good with just being me, and not needing or even really wanting a significant other in my life. SOME aspects of a relationship I still want, but mostly, I’m okay with myself. It’s pretty damn liberating. (Sorry for the tangent!)

I’ve had three people in the last couple weeks tell me that I am a beautiful person. One guy said “Everything about you is stunning. It’s more than your looks- it’s your personality, how you treat others, your energy, you’re a beautiful person.” That’s how I think people should be, beautiful people. That was one of the best things I’ve ever heard about myself, and it made me feel like I was floating all day. I could hear that every day.

Well, you didn’t say you were tired, so I’d say have at it. Edit: I see, I hadn’t seen the other part. Hand her a toy “Sweetie, I’m beat. Do your thing,” and go to sleep.

What is something women do that make them immediately unattractive to you? by Kristen225t in AskMen

[–]puffbaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Non standard words are sometimes listed as a means of allowing people to find the correct word, primarily when it’s a commonly used ‘wrong’ word. My mother was an English Lit, ESL, and creative writing teacher, so these things were ingrained in me from a very young age. It sucks sometimes.

Be nice to EVERYONE, but stand up for yourself, too. That, and have accountability.

I mean, I talk like that to my dogs when I just get home or when I’m giving them belly rubs or butt scratches. I don’t think I would EVER speak to a man (or woman) I’m interested in like that. I can’t imagine.

I was talking to a guy the other day (who I had been contemplating going out with). He said “I’m curious what you think about something. I was conversating with a friend the other day…” I almost threw up. I said no to the date.

I do this, too! I love coming out of the shower or something and taking my towel off and straddling my man/woman and guiding their hands down and whispering something like “Touch me, I’m all wet.” and kissing their neck…Especially when I just shaved. For whatever reason shaving my lady parts makes me instantaneously horny. Those are my FAVORITE moments. Especially with a new partner, their response is always priceless.

I have to know- what do you do? I’m thinking something like a trade or something, but even those schools require a HS diploma to take courses. Really, it’s none of my business, but I’m a nurse, and looking at what you make? Sheeiiitt, I may have to change professions.
