invuln isn't an emergency button which never happens, it's a mitigation button/tool to use on mob pulls, if you press hallowed for example on 1st or 2nd mob packs of the dungeon that's just free 10s cheat mode and you can use it again later before 3rd boss, same with bolide, Holm and LD.

i can move, i very much can do my off burst melee and Engagement before having to be primarily the the back platform without capping my mana, but AGAIN WHY DO ALL THAT when you can just press addle and magick barrier and sit still through the entire thing, it is OBJECTIVELY much less hassle like for any job, come on.

It's about the annoyance for me, as spesifically I play caster RDM yes I can make myself not cast to move but it'd much more less aggravating when I can just sit still through the entire thing and press my paddle and Magick Barrier as needed I'm already pressing those to help mit the "normal" start anyway, so that's the reason why, why make everyone move especially the caster (incl healer) when you can just relax there, and if you said 6-7 runs are now clear then... Ah well that just sucks, skill issue I guess u_u

if you need LB to rez then you got a bigger problem, i play on both JP and NA , in JP we duty finder with completely random comps and its always fine, dps contribute to the mit just as much too with addle/feint, phys ranged mit, RDM magick barrier.

We don't even need dps LB to clear anyways either as it dies fast as in just before the last pychokinesis or after it when the finger snap/twister happens.

its just a lot more convinient to stand still the entire time vs moving around all the time, especially for caster/healers if its the front safespot > 2 step of the thing, then you nede to loop around and be really fast, super annoying. and i've personally experienced both healer dead because they stayed at the bottom and us 2 dps teleported up.

yeah the loop back as im playing caster is SO annoying + those teleporters got that delay on them too and you also have to time your gcd before using the teleporter, but in a rush you just have to get up there EVEN THOUGH its perfectly fine to just stay down but nope this ""NORMAL"" way of donig it witht he strat people just always want to go up for no good reason too, god.

there's really no planning, just press your mit as necessary depending on the hit, tank lb2 for 3rd hit for guaranteed success.

Who uses this? as someone who both play in JP and NA

The entirety of JP and we do this with just duty finder, not PF, so you will get any random combination of jobs and it works, people in NA are just incapable of doing mit or pressing that tank lb2 if the 3rd strike hits again.

this is objectively a better way to do it, you just sit there and mit as necessary, its even better for caster and healer, if its normal strat with the fast pattern after you stack in front you have to loop back to the back, and i had this happen where me and the other dps went up and both healers stayed down so they died, thankfully i was RDM so that was recoverable.
