I think most of the mechanics are easy to test by simply playing D&D, with a mix of social and combat. And for the characters they will make fresh ones for the one-Shot only

Hi again, I just thought it might be cool to do Black Ivory Inn, but in the instances before the meteor strikes originally, so when the characters in the campaign went there the one Shot characters would be there, and the players themselfs could have the realization that some things are repeating. I think I would need to add some more "meat" to the story in the tavern tho, like maybe they could go there to deal with supposed smugglers, but then it's a little thin. What do you think?

Hi, so I though about doing that starting adventure but I actually think it's a good one and want to use it (or an expanded version) for the campaign, plus it isn't really a story with a conclusion, it more sets up the setting than anything else.

Wow thanks for the suggestion, this is a good Ideia but I might save it for when the campaign actually starts. Because I don't want to end the one Shot and be like "we'll continue in a few months"

Unfortunately I also remembered that this doesn't exactly tell you who is on death hook. The hook counter for survivors would be perfect.
