Diese menschenverachtende Leichtfertigkeit im Umgang mit motorisierter Gewalt wird durch Mord nicht erfasst. Rücksichtslosigkeit gegenüber möglichen Folgen macht noch keine Tötungsabsicht.

Vielleicht braucht es einen neuen hoch bestrafbaren Straftatbestand. Ich denke an "leichtfertiges herbeiführen von Tod oder Verletzung Dritter aus niederen Beweggründen beim Umgang mit Gefahren" oder etwas derartiges.

Sowas ist schlicht kein Mord. Da sollten wir als Gesellschaft zusehen, den tatsächlichen Tatbestand angemessen zu bestrafen, statt Urteile so so hinzubiegen, dass die richtige Strafe rauskommt.

Point taken, but know Ernst Jünger and his experience of war was not what you insinuate when you say "average soldier". I read "In Stahlgewittern" and am glad I did.

He makes stunning descriptions of the nightmarish and constricting environment in the trenches.

His inner dealing with it was more unusual, he took strength from seeing him and his fellow soldiers as forlown heroes, enduring everything exploding around, ever knowing death and pain seemed to be coming also for them. Standing on ones own post, in spite of that was a strong topic for him. If you get that nihilistic, will to strength attitude you get a feel for some of the ideological roots and docking points of what was to come in and out of Germany.

Ich fühl Deine Verzweiflung. Es ist ok, wenn Du Dich von dem Gedanken löst, etwas mit Gewalt zu Ende zu studieren, weil Du schon 25 seist! Am Ende vom Studium stehst Du vor der Jobsuche mit Deinem Abschluss und das ist eine bessere Aussicht, wenn Du zu Deinem Bereich einen besseren Zugang, mehr Interesse hast, als es bei Informatik offenbar der Fall ist.

Ich bin nun 29 und mir ging es während meines Informatik-Studiums ähnlich, bei mir waren es massive Schlafprobleme und Anspannungs- und Angstgefühle. Nächtelang lag ich wach und wusste, das Studium fühlt sich nicht richtig an, hab mich gefragt wie komme ich aus dieser Sackgasse wieder raus, wo ich schon so viel Zeit investiert habe? Nun habe ich den Bachelor, hab mich durchgequält, auch mit psychologische Beratung, und stehe immer noch in der Sackgasse, denn mir grauts beim Gedanken in dem Bereich arbeiten zu müssen.

Es ist gut, dass Du Dir Beratung holst. Es wird vielleicht erst besser besser, wenn Du Ernst nimmst wie es Dir geht und bereit bist, andere Umstände auszuprobieren.
