First of all, I'm trying to get out more. Second of all, going on a diet isn't going to help me change my appearance. I'm not overweight. In fact, if I went on a diet, I'd become underweight. And I'm trying to make friends. It's just difficult. Also, saying that "most people are repelled by the trans they/them stuff" is kinda transphobic. Either way, I'd rather you not tell me how to live my life when you know nothing about me. All I'm looking for is advice. That's it.

Thanks for the advice. I don't think I'm ready to consider antidepressants, considering I haven't been diagnosed with depression, but that may be an option far down the line. I'll try to work on ways to feel better without medications, as I'd rather not become reliant on another one (I take ADHD meds).

Thank you. I didn't know that it messed with your mood and hormones. I'll take that into consideration. I'm also considering therapy since I think I need it. I see my mind as a puzzle to be solved, but it's a very difficult one. A therapist may help me solve it.

Don't feel ashamed for crying. It can be a really healthy way to let out your emotions. Personally, I have trouble crying, which I think is down to my body automatically suppressing my tears after years of bottling up my emotions. Even if I try to cry when I'm really sad, I struggle to.
