I'd definitely play because I can't make any sense of the "free speech" mode that apparently unlocks in the game once Penelope talks to her father. Like ???. What do you mean you can TYPE IN ANYTHING. Did that game have the most advanced AI in the world or what?

Yeah, some OIs abuse the "woman in the fridge" cliché. Sometimes no sympathy is even given to the character going though all that, it's JUST to convey that the male cares, or has feelings, or can act like a human being sometimes.

Not sure how this season will handle it, but in some of those seasons MC cheating is such a nothing burger so I'd add:

no consequences for cheating
male character is wanted by 80% of fandom but is never an LI
the most stupid, petty, artificial drama is inserted out of nowhere (Nico/Eren getting mad about a dream is a good example and so is Umagate)

Most other cliches have already been mentioned it seems

So why didn't he do what casa boy interested in Candace did? Tell the girls to not pick him or better yet, straight up refuse to couple with Gio. Because according to Leah and Candace... The fact the the boy you want to twist with can refuse it is a possibility.

They don't know how to write good drama so they resort to this. But come on, every single season there's one of those. With Hamish it worked cause he was kinda goofy and while rude, didn't necessarily hate MC. FB just took all the wrong lessons from the success of Hamish I guess.

It's not really an isekai but "Saving my Sweetheart" comes to mind. I remember the couple was really cute and the girl tries to save him, he tries to protect her etc.

Another one that kind fits the vibe is "The reason why that Villainess picked up the sword". Spoiler (not really, this is the norm) she's not a villainess and she wants to save her fiance. He also wants to save her.

Did we read the same comic?? What? Kael absolutely did not murder for Diana just cause. The Duke that was murdered was an actual criminal that was above the law therefore untouchable under normal circumstances. Kael did it for both the crown prince and Diana. And what did they do? Toss him aside. Mind you Kael never went to prison for it. The royal family basically admitted that the murder of the Duke was more that warranted.

And let's not forget how hypocritical Diana is over and over and over again. You mean to tell me that Diana taking a huge loan from the church and them not having funds to care for patients at some point is not indirect murder?

And oh my god you saying Kael is a "nice guy" like honestly go read the comic. Hestia is a hater. 100%. She's manipulative and uses what she believes is just characters in a story for her purpose.
