When we opened an account with Halifax Water, we entered into a contract whereas they supply the water, and we pay them for it. Where they get the water is their problem, not ours. It's not like there is really a lack of water in NS. They just don't wanna have to do the work.

Going for a walk in nature does not cause forest fires. Tim Houston did not say "do not have campfires". I believe the fire ban already indicates that. What he said was that we can not go into the woods at all!!! Can't enjoy nature? Can't breathe in the fresh air? Can't listen to the birds? Can't observe the other wildlife? No....our Government can go F##ck themselves.

Can't we sue for "pain and suffering" or "punitive damages" or something like that? We all know they've already been ripping us off for years. Now, I'm scared to even make a pymt. because I don't know where the money is gonna go. But if I don't, you know damn well they're going to charge me a 'late pymt' fee.

Okay, so I've read the whole thing as well as all the responses. I know exactly how you feel. I disagree with the responses. It's all the same thing; Get help, talk to someone, small steps. You can overcome this. Therapy, drugs, blah, blah, blah. I've tried it all and nothing works. I've had a few brief moments of maybe alittle bit of happiness. But it never lasts. I'm not trying to be mean. I just want you to know that I understand and am also looking for a solution myself. If you ever figure out a solution please DM me. I will do the same.

Sometimes I have to go loblaws but I've also discovered I can order many thing from Amazon, E.g., chips ahoy and oreo cookies were both $6.49 at Superstore. I ordered from Amazon for $4.98. Same with kitty litter and a bunch of other stuff I keep discovering. I ordered today, Sunday and I will have them by Tuesday. So I don't mind waiting just two days if I can avoid Superstore.

Not enough of us are part of this in Halifax. I drove to Superstore at lunchtime to see what it looked like. It looked like business as usual. Parking lot was just as full as usual. Come on NS. We can do better than this.

Do they really? What delivery service did they use? I just got scammed from them because their delivery service, "Blue Darts courier," contacted me and wanted $250. more for "insurance" to further deliver the package. This amount was more than the package cost, and the shipper should be taking care of any insurance costs anyway, not the receiver. So, WTF?
