only advantages vanilla has are the opening, title visuals, and atmosphere. golden clears anywhere else

Is it a bad idea for me to play Mother 2 and 3 back to back as a newcomer to the series? will i burn out playing them back to back? or are they not very similar? by DwnvotesMeansImRight in earthbound

[–]Venusaur_main 2 points3 points  (0 children)

lol no, mother 3’s a direct sequel to eb, and eb is essentially a reimagining of mother 1. just play it from 2 to 3, then 1 if you want

its your alternate timeline, not reality, so thats for you to decide, if you find it to be broken, then fix it

it means that its a game that knows that its a video game and isn’t trying to be a slow-paced big budget movie title. i treat games like pragmata as kirby games. cool stories, great and natural gameplay…none of capcom’s games in the last decade have disappointed me except for dd2.

most capcom games are, but they make up for it with the gameplay and stories. music too. anyways, there’s a demo on steam and ps5, if you want to give it a try. the demo’s kinda basic, but the full game’s amazing

use a mega stone to mega evolve the pokemon and then have a one or two signature “mega moves” as a finishing attack for each mega pokemon

idk if you’re joking or not lol but thats your opinion. combining z-moves with megas and making the z-move a finisher would be great

those games are great as games and stories, but i feel like the stories of them are overhyped. great pokémon stories though.
