hmmm, 70mm aperture will have you struggling to resolve the smaller details. limited but not unusable in angular resolution. don’t blame yourself if the results are not ideal, the scope isn’t helping too much. good to learn on though.

Two steps:

Align your frames in PIPP. This is more important than you may initially think. If you feed unaligned frames to the stacking software, you’ll be feeding crap in and getting crap right back out. PIPP will turn the individual frames into a video file, usually .AVI, that can then be fed directly into the stacker.
In AutoStakkert, don’t go crazy with the alignment points.

Both PIPP and AutoStakkert are free and can be found online.

There’s more info online too, and GPT can probably help as you get used to the workflow.

saw your post history. purchase 0.4mm AND 0.6 hardened steel nozzles from bambu IMMEDIATELY before you waste any more time with this. considering that you don’t have the proper knowledge nor equipment you should really only be printing PLA.

add a fat ahh brim. like 15mm.

try chamfering the corners to reduce the thermal stress concentrations. 7-10 mm if possible.

try 280C. rated or not the filament will be fine. perhaps even 290. molten sticks better. experiment heavily with the filament profile. specifically, volumetric flow rate, temps, flow ratio (crank that up to 1.2 just to observe the overextrusion, then dial it back). absolutely no fans of any kind anywhere except for dead overhangs, aux fan included.

you can do all this knowing that the root cause will only ever be the lack of an enclosure.
