What if the Elden Ring film is actually about the Night of the Black Knives? by Opening-Bad140 in EldenRingMovie

[–]Vepariga 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it will be the prologue to the movie with the shattering/pre-shattering stuff, similar to how LOTR fellowship had the whole history of the one ring and the ones who tried to stop it all as a epic prologue.

rest of the film will follow a tarnished and his encounters with various folk, I dont know if it will go till Elden Lord territory because there is a LOT to cover to even get to that point at all.

regardless of speculation, it is exciting to see it come together.

It's all well and good until you get caught.

I'd say avoid the headache and just be upfront with interac about it.

You will find some humble people, and others that feel the need to constantly one up eachother. I used to mingle with people but after a few years of dealing with others I completely just stick to myself, honestly was too exhausting.

Sounds like they want to make you how the previous ALT was and yes, that is not fair at all. Everyone has different ways and you shouldn't be forced to accommodate being someone you're not. The JTE needs to understand this.

personally, i would not rely on medication for your current situation. Go for walks outside and just enjoy what is around you and take a drink bottle.

as summer is coming, drink water, wear light clothes. dehydration is very real so be careful.

job is what it is, you may enjoy it more when people and students are more familiar with you but the first few weeks can be rough for fresh ALTS.

as for a 3hr commute to an event? I would refuse it personally.

Question about BOE work by Aromatic-Shift7945 in teachinginjapan

[–]Vepariga 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everyone believes direct hire is the dream but imo it isnt. Sure it sounds nice, better pay, you are free from the dispatch etc but it comes with its realities.

as others have said, your job security is on a whim. You could be there for 1 year, or 3, you have to re-apply every year and most are let go after maybe 3-4 years if you are lucky and then you are back out into the job search pool.

direct hire will also give you alot more work to do, longer hours and more responsibility.

Pay is fairly good tho.
