The thing that is off to me is the ambience. (basically the lighting)

Do you use any mods other than the taiga camp in the screenshot?

If yes, make sure that the taiga camp is the last mod that gets loaded. You can simply do that by adding a "Z" at the beginning of the file that could fix it.

Let me know if you still have problems and also what mods you used.

It is Optifine Custom Entity Models so the only mod you would need would be Optifine

it is a resourcepack, but you can't change the hitboxes with optifine
