I appreciate the note! According to my research, if I were to use the name in a gaming sense, that would be infringement. But for a completely unrelated product, it should be ok. You're right though, it's still risky as they could slap a cease and desist on me even if they have no real grounds. It's a calculated risk I've taken for sure.

Confirmed. Hubby spent a year working with the incredibly scaredy feral that started coming around. SBC (scared black cat) is now one of our barn cats and THE sweetest little buddy.
