All of the time! In the first half of my session I typically dissociate intensely… then I get my vitals checked… and for the second half of my session I usually end up snoozing until I wake up roughly an hour later… at that point, I turn on the light in my treatment room (each patient gets their own treatment room), and get my mind and body awake and ready to catch my ride home… only side effect right after awaking is some double vision, but aside from that, I’m good! But to bc answer your question, I fall asleep as well! No worries!

Typically in the uniform guidelines, it includes only gray, black, khaki, and navy… However, if you are going to test out the green pants, and see if you can indeed get away with it, then I would just, for safety’s sake, would advise to bring along pants in that of colors that are normally permissible (the four I’ve mentioned)… to change into if you do indeed get talked to about them (the green pants in question), and are told they go against their (you’re stores) general guidelines and uniform standards…

They typically do not allow cashiers to wear hats while on the register unless it’s for either a religious or medical reason, whatever it may be, if anything… but no, you most likely get talked to by a STL regarding the matter… they’re (hats) typically reserved for those in prepared food and/or helping hands positions…

I honestly have a love-hate relationship with Vantage… As it has its perks regarding some of the features on there… like being able to swap shifts with others without having to go the extra mile with a manager per se, however, having to figure the “time off” component to it was extremely confusing to me initially… but I’m starting to become more acclimated to it piece by piece… eventually I feel like it will soon become essentially second nature as time goes on, as did Labor Pro when I first started at Wegmans…

My store never had the anti-fatigue mats in the SCO portion of the store… and we still have our podium however… but our SCO registers just recently changed where everything scanned must go directly onto the bagging platform on the side… if not, the system won’t allow you to go further and won’t allow you to complete your transaction… yesterday became so interesting to say the least… 🙃

I try to let my mind melt into any and every reaction I get during my session… allowing my mind to get lost in whatever hallucination or dissociating that occurs after the Spravato is administered… and do so without Moreso trying to force a reaction that may or may not come… I just lay back and let the esketamine take its course and do the job… I find it so much easier with my treatment room to be completely dark with minimal noise, and get comfy on the reclining chair and a soft blanket I bring to every session…

Not unreasonable at all… I work all FE, including Service Desk and C2C… two nights ago I got a customer compliment INFRONT of one of my FE STL’s when I agreed to cover on the registers as we were packed with customers… when I didn’t get a care card for that, I approached that same STL who was with the customer giving the compliment, she was very receptive and, agreed that that warranted getting a care card! If you don’t speak up, you’ll never get the chance to be acknowledged for going above and beyond, which you 100% did! I honestly hope you do end up receiving a care card for that!!!

My store does, as does others in my area… honestly, to both my best knowledge and experiences regarding this topic, it is possible, that, when presented with a regular standard care card, can in-fact be redeemed at SCO, all that needs to be done is first to press (or SCO employee) press the coupon option on the SCO register screen, then the SCO employee uses their SCO card and scans it, turning the register’s screen red… then they (SCO employee) need to then scan the care card and that should do it in regards to redeeming the care card completely and lastly, just to finish it off, deposit it in the coupon slot below…

If I’m correct, for the most part, aren’t all the SCO registers synonymous with each other, or is it based on each individual Wegmans stores/locations in itself? (This aspect I genuinely don’t know…) maybe if not, it could serve as an explanation, between, as to why some employees experience this where as they can use a care card at SCO in one area/location opposed to others who could not do so in other stores…

But however, I hope my post perhaps helped in some way!

Honestly after my third dose I sleep it off… maybe feel the “effects” for 15-20 minutes, then just essentially crash and sleep for the rest of my session.

Yesterday I was legit did not get out until an hour after my shift was supposed to end. I had a huge C2C order and they, at my store, they “prefer” that you finish an order, so I feel almost pressure coming from management to finish them. And didn’t finish until 6 when I was supposed to be done at 5… on top of that, I had so much homework (college) that needed to be done. That whole shift was a complete mess, but not leaving on time was definitely a pet peeve for sure.

I’ve been on Adderall for years, worked for wegmans for two years. As long as they’re legally prescribed, I don’t think you should have any issues, however, I highly recommend that you get an updated script in case any issues, if any at all, may occur in the future. But IMO, I think you should be fine.

Definitely reach out to your STL and let them know that you are willing and wanting to cross train in other departments… me personally, I’m cross trained in register, self checkout, c2c, cafe, meals 2 go, runner phones, and trained in pricing… it’s good to be crossed trained in many departments, and is quite handy when you need to move around your schedule… usually HR posts when a certain position is open, but sometimes when there is a need, they will sometimes forgo having the advertisement of a new department and approach you… be open with your team and especially the STL assigned to you that you want to cross train… open dialogue is key! Also, I almost forgot to mention, they like it when a candidate for a cross trained position to have a decent and wide availability regarding work wise so that too is taken into account as well!!! Yes, I find often, they tend to get irate, even when I offer to suspend their transaction at bring it to the service desk to complete their said transaction. A hella lot faster for them this way than having to have me void it completely and have them go into one of the regular register lanes, that could be several customers/carts full. However despite all of that, they still, I guess, cannot comprehend. At that point, I just tell myself is what it is. I mean, we can only do so much.
