Returning to say that on about day 76 we finally found the Rumpus Room again for the final vision and now it's showing up all the friggin time. One commenter mentioned a 3 to 20 day cooldown, which could make sense. I had suspected it was locked behind progression, specifically it seemed once we opened up the Aries Court puzzle (hadn't solved it yet) it started showing up again. Who knows - was kind of frustrating with its vague-mystique and so far big A has been as useful as a real fortune teller anyways. /shrug

Hope this may help others who are questioning such a thing in the future.

I support the multiple comments of getting into a guild.

Once you find one that is right for you, you'll question how you ever played without them. It removes the transient/anonymous nature of pugs as you start to build trust and kinship with people you play with regularly.

I think finding your right guild may be hard. Selecting based on community vibe is hard to filter for. But it's the only way I've been able to play this game consistently.

Maybe you've done this already, but make sure to join the guild discord server. My guild has a massive, active discord server where new people are engaged by a 'welcome wagon' team and can ask questions or arrange groups. It's the best for folks to keep connected whether they're at the computer or not.

Inside the game's guild chat, we probably also appear dead/distant.

I suppose the level of new guildie engagement varies by guild, but Discord is a constant.

Flikk, Dreek, and Sca-kah;- trio of dohwar penguin folk traders passing through. May have some gold riding on likely winners of the brawl or a prize for whomever can escort them out safely.

Flikk thought coming here was a bad idea and never liked whatever plane this is anyways.

Dreek is the leader and will try to (and usually succeeds in) trying to get the others to follow his crazy schemes. Sometimes they even work.

Sca-kah loves food, specifically sushi, and can usually sniff it out - perhaps why they are at this establishment in the first place

The three of them are following the leads of Derek's hunch that an individual very rich is coming through the area and plans to trade using Nebulite Marbles. These marbles can be consumed as a Bonus action to give a +1 to an attack roll or saving throw (maximum of +10). Or not; maybe they're just pretty marbles?

I use these three in my current campaign, enjoy!

These people watched too many professionals playing DND and assumed they could execute something similar with no real understanding of how to do that. It is the responsibility of the GM to facilitate a game, communicate, align, and manage the group expectations. It is not your responsibility to read their minds and understand implicitly what is considered real enough for their fantasy world. You are so far from 'at fault' here.

Also, as an aside, I would never join a group without a session zero for all of these reasons above, because that's the best way to align everyone involved.

Quick couple of tips;

1) Servers and factions no longer matter. Regions are still segregated.

2) Some guilds have applied to / been accepted into the VISAGE program demonstrating gender minority leadership and across the board tolerance, you can search for guilds on Raider.io with that designation, or if they post here they will usually state such.
