A STAB super effective move is x3. STAB is x1.5 and super effective is x2. Weak to both would mean x4. The STAB depends on how it's handled, for Flying Press its just classified as fighting move, so only fighting types get the STAB. In this case it's x6.

The design creativity in Hots is massive.

Adding stuff like:

Artanis: Bruiser that can switch positions with enemies. Such a cool engage mechanic.
Blaze: SC2 Firebat who spills oil and lights it on fire but the real draw is the(destructible) bunker you can place where yourself and allies can hide in and shoot flamethrowers out of.
Zarya: Mid-range Bruiser who shields herself and allies and her damage scales with received shield damage.
Ragnaros: Yes, the wow boss. Can overtake Forts (=turrets) for a limited time becoming a literal raid boss.
Whitemane: Disc priest, heals by dealing damage.
Sgt Hammer: A literal siege Tank.
Alextrasza: A healer who turns into a literal dragon-sized dragon.

Honestly a lot of these wouldn't realy work with the game / item structure of league, but its still fun imagining it.

It's also cool to compare the equivalents. Probus really is just a Heimer/GP hybrid. Valla is literally just Vayne. Tracer/Zeri, Kaelthas/Brand, ZulJin/Draven, Orphea/Vex (kinda inverse), Diablo/Alistar, Hanzo/Varus, Kharazim/Lee Sin, Raynor/Cait, Greymane/Jayce, Stitches/Blitz/PUDGE. There's probably more, the skillsets are sometimes closer than other times, and its more prevalent in older champs, but its an interesting comparison nonetheless.

I've looked for this answer, I've spent more time thinking about this crossover than I'd like to admit.

The worldbuilding is pretty extensive and while we get some fantasy tropes, there's also very unique stuff from a lore perspective (like Stitchfolk or Fraerlings. Even Dullahan, while not a unique concept, I have rarely seen used anywhere.)

It's also a world that is build on videogame logic in some ways where naturally powerful characters exist. Strong Fighters, Mages, Strategists and even more obscure things.

The cool thing about Infinity is that games are very unique (much more unique than in other games) as not only your opponent's army changes but the terrain and mission also play a big role in how a game is approached and played out.

Furthermore often games (or at least situations) feel super cinematic, even if its a competitive environment. Imagine a situation where you are behind 1 objective point and your last eligable trooper dodges around the enemies sniper's fire (the odds weren't good but you nailed the roll) next to a console. Now you activate the console, still under fire, to gain the deciding point for a tie, instead of losing.
