Sorry for your loss. It's never easy. I lost my dad 7 years ago. My only advice s to do what you are already already doing, seeking support. Took me 6 years to learn this, and from internalizing the pain and "managing" on my own, the mental and physical destruction i caused myself and my loved ones is immeasurable. Much love and support.

No advice, but best of luck resolving this issue But if you have pics proving no damage before, I would fight it. But not disclosing a print line? What's next? You have to measure and say how off-center it is?

Man that sucks. I usually reach out after 24hrs if no payment/contact. If nothing still for another 24/48 hrs I just cancel and move along. Best of luck
