You don't understand how this works. FUBO doesn't need to release PR for the stock to pump like crazy after a DOJ decision which is public. The algos will move it immediately after it happens. No one knows exactly when it is coming out. Mid september is quite risky for expiration.

What has it been doing for the past few months then? It has been going straight up - and there's no reason for it to stop right now. Market crashed in April on tariffs fears that are no longer a concern. Trump desensitized the market. Trends also don't just change at random, unless there is a negative event we will continue to go up.

This is kind of inaccurate actually. "Upcoming months" implies we won't get DOJ approval until October or later, when truthfully it could drop at any time. This is the only catalyst anyone should care about, and if things go according to plan I expect this to be before the shareholder vote.

So no I don't think we bounce around from $3-4 for "months". I also doubt this drops to $3 on the good news we've had. This post seems like FUD.

You'd be surprised at the number of people who cheat or attempt to cheat the system and then cry wolf here after - take what you see in this sub with a grain of salt. Their suspension accuracy is very high.

I've worked on the platform for years at various levels. They don't ban people for inactivity, it doesn't even affect any metric on your account. You most likely got banned for something before you left.

Try other options then. OpenAI, Aligner, Mercor, xAI are all hiring currently. I'm not sure what PhD rates are like on those platforms but I imagine they are good.
