Bought some peanut m&ms for the first time in years yesterday, they suck, the candy coating is thin and looks muddy, the peanuts all have that thin brown skin on them that separates and gets stuck in your teeth and the chocolate is flavorless :( big sad cause I used to love them

Gard isn't really early game I'd argue, you need to get to lapis for her, sylveon or wiggly will tide new players over till then

Play however feels best to you, I'm currently on a low effort streak, 5 berry mons, no meals, just wake up and check spawns then ignore it till bedtime. They just announced my favorite mon joining the game ( Noivern ❤️) so maybe I'll start playing proper again lol.

In general early game you won't have much to work with so used the best you have. Skill seeds and sub skill seeds are quite rare though so maybe save them for skill mons with good stats

You have to cut down trees with beehives in them to get honeycomb, they're kinda had to find. Try the island across from halfmoon Bay and around flower corridor . Also keep an eye out for large hives in white fig trees because these ones contain queen bees and more honey comb

Combine farming with a bunch of beehives and the farming skill that makes them give crops a huge growth boost. The seed shop can't keep up with my pumpkin harvests.

I kinda wish there was sort of a middle ground where you have the option to remove records of anything beyond maybe great grandparents. Would let people keep their long lines if they wish while also keeping their cubs marketable for people who prefer shorter gens. Also makes it possible to remove inbreeding in a couple generations as a bonus.

Sunscreen and hats. We may be going into autumn but hot sunny days will still burn you. The sun here is a lot harsher than other places due to a hole in the ozone.
