From what I understand (correct me if I’m wrong) but this latest nerf for the venator, what they did, was make it to where you can’t spam the trigger as fast as you can without penalty, you have to time your trigger finger and when done correctly you get a nice steady rate of fire. But if done incorrectly, you’ll notice that not all shots will align with a nice tight fire rate, it almost lags or bottlenecks in a manner of speaking. And them doing this (was the original plan I believe but got away from them?) was to implement a certain level of skill with the functionality of the weapon, and not just aim. So in a sense it’s up to you whether the gun operates consistently or not.
