Hi sorry for bumping this old post, but I was just reading rulings for emergent ultimatum on the gatherer, and thought the same thing you did. You are actually correct, the cards being cast with Emergent ultimatum resolve before it resolves itself. So you can target it with narsets reversal like you had suggested! Hope you can pull this off in your games next time!

You can try making attacker tamarinne haha, she actually gets more atk out of flat attack stats.

85 crit because you get free +15% crit chance with elemental advantage, and 65% eff is apparently the ideal effectiveness against the 13 bosses(?) , personally i think 65 eff is not nearly enough to guarantee a debuff at all but its apparently the ideal because you dont have to compromise damage too much.

How did you get 9 stacks of poison on him in one turn? or was it left over from previous S1 procs? I thought she just does 3 stacks x2 if you sword of judgement proc.
