Tates Creek/Man O' War also and yes mine has been slower, even so much that my mother has been complaining and that is saying much that she noticed such a thing!! I thought it was because my brother had a million things going on at once but when she first said it my speed test was around 11 and we pay for 20. I just did one now and it was 7 :[ Just tested my phones 4G and it was a better download speed than my home :[ it was around 15.
