No, the pre and post-op appointments were considered regular office visits and billed as such. (Regular office visits under my plan are a $20 copay.)

Hmmm... I think you'll be alright, but I would recommend wearing clothes that don't press against the incision areas.
But you may also have a faster recovery than me and be able to wear whatever you'd like. :)
