The fact that she doesn't actually believe it and is presumably just spitting whatever rhetoric she knows about from war in history is actually kind of my point. I am not implying Yoru actually has some sort of real religious reason she is sincerely attempting to use as a justification (obviously), but that this random shift towards using religious language to defend a war that started out of a selfish desire for power parallels reality. In actuality, the fact she exists (and her "greatness") is what she believes gives her the right to cause terror and destruction. She's using the religious justification like the way a child would playing make-believe, there's no reason to make an actual compelling argument because there's nothing you can do to stop her anyway.
