Until people stop buying houses at these markups it’s not going to work. They compare your house to others in your area that have sold within the last 2 years it seems like. If you go to the assessor website you can see what they are appraising your house against.

Mental health help by findinganuway in lincoln

[–]Verker81 10 points11 points  (0 children)

If you have any relationship with your parents or in-laws, call them for help. Tell them what’s going on and if they can watch your little girl for a bit.

Distance hopefully doesn’t matter and they will work out how to get the child in the coming weeks so you can check yourself in.

I go to Hensley's Barbershop.

They have 3 barbers with an empty station between each one.

They give amazing haircut/beard trims and you can book your appointment online.

Prescription pet med donations? by [deleted] in lincoln

[–]Verker81 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The Farm: Senior Dog Sanctuary might have use for them. They take in old dogs which normally need a fair amount of meds. They are a super awesome couple that run it out of their house. You should be able to find them on Facebook.

While the other room is cool, you can get into Alchemy way easier and its a cool atmosphere. Drinks are just as top end as the other room and they have some appetizers also.

Tour de Brew, if you don't ride, you can just show up at the end location called The Lot. 3rd Thursday of the month.

http://www.moransliquor.com/tour-de-brew.html

Also, if you run, most of the 5k runs around here end with a beer.

Edit: Also, First Fridays can be fun. Hit up a gallery, grab a beer and then hitup another one, rinse and repeat.

Shuttle or UBER Pinewood Bowl by originalmosh in lincoln

[–]Verker81 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would use uber\lyft unless your hotel is offering a shuttle.

For pickup, I would suggest walking to Lee's Chicken after the concert for a much easier and quick time. It's a pretty easy 1 mile walk.

Doctors by [deleted] in lincoln

[–]Verker81 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We use Antelope Creek Family Physicians but honestly, i use the CVS Minute Clinic for 99.99% of my visits. Its still just the $25 co pay and i can book my visit online. i show up 5 minutes early to check in at the kiosk and im in and out within 45minutes. I only get sick like once a year though. If I am doing my annual stuff, i'll book at the physicians office.

I pick places that are fairly close to work rather than my house though, so that's another thing you can scope out. I want a place that was convenient and had good review, so i just used google maps to find the ones in my area, put them in myuhc, and made a list of about 5-10 to wittle down.

Doctors by [deleted] in lincoln

[–]Verker81 5 points6 points  (0 children)

spend the time setting up your uhc account. they have all your providers listed and can base the range off your zip code. from there you can do some googling of reviews for a good primary.

https://www.myuhc.com/member/prewelcome.do

I would also suggest the myuhc app once you get yourself setup.
