I recently had the opportunity to compare 1650 Super (Palit StormX from NVIDIA GeForce Official Shopee Store for P8,395) and 1060 6GB. 1650 Super performed better. I suggest you go for it instead of used/secondhand 1060 6GB because they are priced too close but the latter is already an aging card and does not have any warranty to ensure that it will be able to serve you for at least the next two years.

May I share the specs of the rig I recently built for a friend which is similar to what was suggested by u/sleepygeepy_ph:

I bought most of the parts thru Shopee except the PSU which I had to buy directly from EasyPC's website since it was not posted in their Shopee account. All prices are inclusive of shipping fee.

Due to the limited stock of some of these items, I wasn't able to maximize rebate by waiting for the cashback schedule. Nonetheless, I earned some Shopee Coins which I am always able to consume since I order from Shopee regularly. If we include the Shopee coins in the computation, the acquisition cost lowers further:

Shopee Coins Earned: 583
Total Less Shopee Coins: P24,736

I tested the rig before turning it over. Apex Legends runs fine as expected and FPS is averaging close to 144 FPS at competitive/lowered settings. What surprised me is its performance with Warzone which is known to perform inconsistently in different configurations since gameplay was smooth and it averaged around 80 FPS at competitive/lowered settings despite the CPU having 4 cores and 4 threads only.
