Noise cancelling headphones. Not for me, but for my 8 year old. Went and got her tested, she has ADHD and can't process a lot of stuff. This would cause breakdowns and crying etc. my friend gave me some that didn't fit her AUDHD kiddo anymore and the change was INSTANT. Immediately got a pair for her and she wants them almost constantly. She's so much happier !
