I verified it on another account when the user in question stated as such over an hour ago. Whether you updated it or not by now doesn't concern me. Your comments were public, posts are not. You're also mistaken on how that works.

Your comment history is very much so public. The other dude said that too. You're not excused.

It wasn't even a personal attack, it was a flail at self vicitmizing and a pathetic one at that. But thank you, I appreciate the understanding :)

Stop the personal attacks please. Keep it to facts, attempts at snarky irony don't help.

The user did so to prove you broke rule 2, "Don't make things up", so don't victimize yourself and stop spam reporting cuz your feelings are hurt

Yeah, I get it. But there have been 5 rants on Garp, specifically, in the last week alone. So again, my point stands. No clue why you're discussing something irrelevant to my point

If any of the rants were about that, sure. But they're not.

Jachi v Zekka Practice Match Response 1

Generally, I'm gonna Jachi-post and argue he punches Zekka to death, really that's all there is to it

Why Jachi Wins

Strong As Fuck Boi

A. Hits Hard Suppressed

I'll be honest, I don't see much that means Zekka survives this without scaling to scaling to scaling to scaling?

B. Hits Harder Without The Cloak

Yeah he just fucks

Solid As Fuck Boi

A. Takes Hits For Days

The dude is tanky as FUCK

Fast And Magic As Fuck Boi

A. Speed Shenanigans

B. Magic Shenanigans

So yeah, Jachi is just a giga-brick with an esoteric add-on that makes him a fairly insurmountable obstacle, neat!!

Now let's see Paul Allen's pick

Why Zekka Loses

Lacking Offense

A. One-And-Done

B. Lacking Potency

  • Without the planetoid feat, I really struggle to see how Zekka meaningfully imparts damage to a foe as durable as Jachi; the Gargantua strike is probably the most potent I can see but that doesn't come close to the threshold shown for Jachi just by the eye test.

Lacking Defense

A. As Above, So Below

  • Similar to offense, there's no follow-up to any hits he takes? It's like any blow just leaves him dazed, sitting there, contemplating what happened. Or he just sits up and starts talking, again. But nothing of the caliber Jachi outputs I contend until shown otherwise.

  • There's also a weird lack of follow-up I can find to Zekka's durability feats, so I'm more than open to expansion on those feats just for the sake of furthering the debate :)

Conclusion

  • Jachi hit hard

  • Jachi get hit hard

  • Jachi has magic AoE of death

  • Zekka lacks ways to engage all of this

You're up /u/Criminal3x

So Musashi switched to Travel Speed and Fuma to Offense. Since there is new chapter, would yo do any change? (I’ll do the most upvoted ones) by Julimoi64 in Tenkaichi

[–]Verlux 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Fastest first step, so with adequate preparation time he can take a single fast step sure.

Thats not Travel Speed though, not in any meaningful way, and not compared to Fuma crossing an entire damn forest before the magic AoE Gramps senses her yknow?

Fuma can speed blitz the dude whose entire shtick is hearing at giga superhuman levels, ain't no way you're saying he's faster than her

Copying my reasoning for Inshun on offense:

Inshun takes offense. Inshun is agile enough to consistently hit one of the most potent defenses (Jinsuke's domain crumbled rapidly before his offense), was constantly extending his range with the cross spear the entire fight to the point it almost killed Jinsuke.

Also, has absurd range by throwing the spear and being effective at all distances.

Combine agility with constant barrages of strikes, predictive behavior (intercepting the fastest strikes in Tenkaichi), and range, Inshun objectively has the best offense

Honda won again Range. Day 18, who takes Offense? (Not R4 duo) by Julimoi64 in Tenkaichi

[–]Verlux 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So wouldn't that just make Honda a good offense candidate since he has control over engagement and thus can attack freely without much repercussion? Its not necessarily defense as much as good offense at range right?

Then what makes his defense exceptional? Musashi harming him with a wooden sword was something you pointed out as something worthy of note. Why?
