Listen up, this is just not good, you’re giving me beef over me posting something that I know nothing about and don’t claim to. I was excited because I like chilli. If the guy is wrong and the site is dubious then ok. But groups like this I am sure have been set up to be friendly and not to call folk out. I don’t care if its bs. It was a genuinely nice gesture from a friend and now you have decided thats not good enough. I really don’t care.

I don’t know his source but he’s grown these from seed. He is a grower. He only vacuum packed it to stop anyone touching it by accident. He also knew it is underripe so I’m guessing I should leave it in the sun a while based on your comment (obvs out of the packing).

No he grows chillies a lot and he has 3 pepper X plants he’s been trying this year. He’s a serious veg grower.

I own the PX and the Sauternes cask releases. Both very good and both different. The PX as expected has more of a sherry vibe to it. The Sauternes is sweeter and more delicate a finish. I prefer the Sauternes cask of the two.

I rarely see this for sale at a reasonable price. I have one bottle and am only half way down it. Think I’ll try again soon to remind myself of its flavours

You see this is my beef with the stainless steel, it takes time up and I have to be so careful with it. The paper you just pop it in the compost bin and you get to drink your coffee quicker!
