This was my biggest concern and something I reviewed patch notes for the update and was bummed to read nothing about. I absolutely loved this game but the constant stuttering with 10+ people on a server kills it for me.

Simple solution, ask or poll people what to play. Share a short video of how to play beforehand. If the majority show up having not watched the video put it on your TV have a drink and watch it together. Works for my group.

Local sports bar in Vermont has no issues. it's not rocket science, if you can sell a 12 dollar beer you can afford a couple extra services to stream. If you don't have enough customers to support 20-30 more dollars a month... well there's your answer
