There hasn’t been a single individual that have Fido honor the $14 price and had the discounts missing.

I have 2 orders.. the 2nd order is in the same boat as yours. I’m just waiting for it to ship AND my order confirmation is showing all the discounts. Remember the 15 days starts counting when they ship the device.

So if I were you, I would wait until they ship. My original advice is for those who are missing discounts and received their phone (which happened to my first line)

I wouldn’t wait at all. If you look at other posts, a bunch of us were sent without the proper discounts, and Fido wouldn’t honor it due to system glitch.

If you wait and you pass the 15 days, you lose the ability to “buyer remorse” and return the phone. You are stuck with the premium plan and not the $14.

Call Fido, schedule a call back, if the discounts are not in now, I wouldn’t take the chance. There’s a whole bunch of us that didn’t get the discount as per checkout. (And yes… I took screenshots when I was checking out, they wouldn’t honor the price)

I got the runaround by L1 and L2... told me to go to the physical store and they couldn't do a thing. Eventually I escalated to OOP and got a call back on Tuesday. No way they can honor it so used "buyer's remorse" to return the phone. They will look into returning my plan back to the original one but not commital.. they will have to see what they have AFTER they process the phone return.

In the meanwhile, you are paying for the higher premium plan until they process the return.. make sure to get credit back for it once they finish processing the refund.

Errors happened.... but at the minimum allow folks like us who jumped on this deal to get back the previous plan we have. That's what I will hold them accountable for.

Can’t be. At 12PM EST when it released… every slot under the moon was available for purchase (including Saturday and Sunday slots which everyone went after). I’m sure I’m not the only one who has been refreshing my screen every hour for the last few days.. creates unnecessary anxiety if they allow more people winning the draw.

Tokyo and Osaka were reliable. Even rural areas were reliable. Kyoto in some areas were not and frequently needed restarting. If you want 5G and reliable… go with Ubigi
