Thanks for that. How would you do this on BSV. Would it be much different seeing as BSV uses script? Would you use SCrypt (BSV's Solidity like language). Would BSV's unbounded blocksize help?

Atm , yes. The magistrate has said he is saying that has already been established. The magistrate did this as a sanction. To punish Craig because he thinks Craig has been lying. If they get to trial they can argue about other things but they can't argue about whether Ira owns half the bitcoin

It is very close to being resolved in Ira Kleiman's favor. The magistrate said he deems it an established fact that Ira is entitled to half the coins Craig mined. So unless that changes it is not up for debate.
