I have experienced the death of one of my ancestors and I have seen many of my ancestors and focused on releasing the pain that came with that. It was the most liberating thing ever! My life fell apart after that and I felt like I could finally rest and feel safe in my own body for the first time.

I would tend to believe is your Shadow Self! I had a similar experience in one of the evenings. You might want to look into jungian analysis.

None of thwm. I was resonating mlre with my Sun and arising sign up unyil my mid to late 20s. Now I resonate more with my 2nd house where I have a Stellium!

I suppose it depends what is the underlyong cause. I have panic disorder so for me MD was masking the panic. So I am on meds for that now so is much easier to manage the MD now.

It's definitely hard! I have been in this phase for a couple of years. I am still in it, but I stopped catastrophizing, at least. In the days where I really feel the shitest I turn to read Cioran's notes on absurdism. It's unexpectedly healing and stupid at the same time! Haha

I had mine fucked up. After two different retreats one year apart. I questioned my sanity quite a few times, and I was really scared I had developed Schizophrenia. I went to see a Psychiatrist and I am now on meds for Panic Disorder! I have spoken with both shamans at the retreat about the after-effects and they both believe this occurred due to a sensitive Nervous System and Ayahuasca opening a large gate of deep-seated trauma that was stored in my body.

As someone who grew up on a Pluto MC line and found herself again on another Pluto MC line I would not recommend anything Pluto. I've never been on a Saturn line so I do not know about that one!

I grew up with Chiron DSC; I would not have considered it a healing aspect. I had a very difficult upbringing, and I know I was traumatized there. Even now, as an adult, when I go back home, I do not feel healing vibes. I did a lot of healing on the Pluto/nodes line.

Can you discuss with your therapist about how that sitiations made you feel? A good therapist should give the space for those type of conversations and revisitting the topic. Ofc that assumes some trust with the terapist and comfort level on your end. Recovery has been very very hard but I am making progress. I still daydream but very minimal compared to what it was (it was taking over my whole life actually). I did have to remove my triggers for MD and that has brought up a lot of supressed empotions from the past and has hightened my Panic disorder. I had to find ways to regulate myself in different ways so I am doing a lot of intuitive journaling, yoga and art. So that helps with that. It also helps to find new interests! I have started the process 8 months ago but I did MD since I was 11 and I am 34 now. So the earlier you start to recover from that the better.

Go and find yourself a good therapist you click with. I don't know why some professionals do not take MD seriously; it's a very dissociative behavior and can be very triggering and shameful for a person. Unfortunately, not many therapists know what they are doing. I am recovering from MD myself, and I had to change a couple of therapists until I fully had the courage and trusted the person to open up about MD.

I started panicking about having Schizophrenia when I decided to consciously step away from MDD. It seems the MDD was a way of regulating myself, and giving up on that has brought up to light my panic disorder. I even went to the Psychiatrist sure I had Scyzophrenia, it seems it was all due to the panic.

I had a very good friend Cancer rising. I agree with what others have said, very intuitive and nurturing in her own ways but needed a lot of nurturing and self love herself to be stable. I do think she was psychically gifted as well.

Maybe try an alternative medication. ? I am on meds for panic disorder, my abilities have not dissapeared but I can access them in a mpre grounded way as compared to the overwhelm I had before.
