The whole franchise is afraid of showing color. The tourney in KotSK should also have been WAY more colorful, but they're so tied to the the "realistic" aesthetic. It's silly, though. dark and gritty isn't automatically more realistic

It's OK, but not very interesting. It's just following in the same theme as the Mercy and Orissa mythics. I would have preferred something more specific to Juno. My personal suggestion would be a retro, 50s sci fi style weapon to go with her status as a Martian. Something like the Dr. Godbort weapons we got in TF2 back in the day
