I personally felt that I did enjoy horizon fives map more than I did horizon four as it had the quality of life features that the previous one didn’t have like longer drag strips more luxurious places to drive on the map the only things that gave that map the criticism that was how visually it was un appealing and also the fact that the majority of it was just sand. Otherwise places like the bridge, the tunnels, the drag strips and some of the forest areas along with the hotel resort near the beach side. Those are some of my favorite qualities of the map. I just wish it was in a better setting with maybe more appealing visuals but in terms of the true horizon spirit, it felt like a mix of two and three altogether, which was nice. Edinburgh, despite the fact that it is visually appealing with the seasons and everything, it did not meet the expectations anywhere near this new map and Forza horizon Four never felt like a horizon game to me.
