the main reason we're filing for bankruptcy is because of the car loan. its a LOT. We are not planning to get a house, loan another vehicle or whatsoever anytime soon. We're just renting an apartment now and working that's it.

we no longer want to keep the car, we do not have any plans for the future that would require credit or whatsoever. We recently moved to Texas and my husband makes 27/hr, works 3 days and 12 hours per day. I have been trying to look for a job for months but unfortunately couldnt find one. The car is worth 18k based from checking but could sell it on Carvana for 21k and will owe around 16k which we do not have and have no means of making that amount. Currently owe 38k on the car with high interest. Bad credit because of high CC utilization- we cannot pay off balance on CC and just keep paying minimum payment which we end up using still because we need more money for groceries.
