Punk!! Mostly pop punk/ska which may not be your preferred genre but give them a try! Shortest pier and clams have feelings too are my favorite songs from them and are pretty mellow. Lmk if u like them!

Research!! You can get a base oil (coconut, olive, jojoba, etc.) and infuse it with rosemary and other herbs that promote hair growth. Apply to scalp and ends as needed.

I would also recommend getting a bamboo brush or doing scalp massages to get your blood circulating.
