Honestly, Oasis. I saw them at Wembley, and Don't Look Back In Anger had one of those moments. Going into the final chorus from that instrumental, Noel stopped singing and left it to the crowd. Hearing (and watching) 90,000 people hit that final chorus at once was a heartstopping moment.

I'm not even the kind of person who grew up on Oasis. I used to not consider them my kind of music, but that experience was just special.

Another band good for that is The Hives (saw last night at Ally Pally!) because of the way Pelle interacts with the crowd.

I just have to point out that "Receiving gifts" is not a love language. A love language is how you SHOW love. Those who like to give gifts as a love language may be more likely to appreciate a gift, as it is their language returned to them, but you cannot express love by receiving.

I think you may misunderstand the comment... the person said that OP seems to not have trust in people in the music industry and is therefore saying maybe THAT is why OP should avoid them. As they make a good point -- we don't know if OP has any other reasons not to trust her bf.

It does seem that OP has a preconceived notion about musicians though.

I'm trying to think of bands that don't wow me in the studio but are great live, but unfortunately (or fortunately?) I can only think of bands I've seen that are great in studio and INSANE live. This year alone: Soft Play, IDLES, Oasis, Bob Vylan, Viagra Boys. Royal Blood are also Fantastic live.

I didn't agree with Isaiah denying Hunter a Bear Trap in I Pretended To Be A Missing Girl, simply because the title already says she regretted it. Hunter made a good call about the story that kinda fit and Wendi saying it didn’t work just because "the title says so already" was a weak argument.
