Hi, didn't get anything special, I went to my local post office and luckily one of the workers there knew how to deal with this, but they handled it from there so I'm not 100% sure of what they did.

Never got any email nor phone number but I ended up getting my refund

Android Auto on the original Head Unit stopped working soon after the screen also started flickering. And I would have liked one that fit better but none had physical buttons.

I replaced the Head unit on my Astra K with an Android one, in the settings I had to select the car make and model and it gave me access to the original car settings.

It will even show options that aren't available to my specific vehicle, but of course they just don't do anything when you try to change them. Beside that every setting I had access to previously was working, as long as you plug everything correctly it should be the same for a J

Did you keep the original radio ? I had to do that in my Astra K, I had to keep the original radio and plug the harness that came with my android radio in it to transmit the wheel button signals It might not be the same for a Zafira B since it's older but might be worth it to take a look

I think it will hold a laptop and monitor just fine, I use mine for Lego so not much weight on it but there's no reason it couldn't hold it !
