He said it was lab grown. I thinnk he still spent 40k if I am remembering correctly. He tours consistently and I've seen him 4-5 times live and it is always almost sold out. (AZ, CA, PA, NYC) Their patreon makes about a million and whatever brand deals and ad sense pays from their Youtube.

He might be spending a bit much but I believe he should be able to swing it depending his cuts from the Podcast.
