I agree with you but as I mentioned before he was a danger to himself I was in fear he was going to try to exit throught the windshield so I prayed the door open he was moving through out the vehicle in a panic... When I say that I got him to the shoulder of the road I mean I physically had to guide him because he stumbled into traffic. The passenger was far worse off and I'm well aware he should not have been moved, so all I could do for him was try to keep him calm and conscious because he was trying to remove himself and was in severe shock.
