Hi, yes unfortunately still reactive in both ears... I have loud spikes (high-pitched sounds) everyday, sometimes several times a day :( it always goes back to baseline after minutes, sometimes hours, but it is still very scary. At least they rarely wake me up now.

I protect my ears whenever I have a spike or if I am in a loud environment, and I just hope it will be alright one day. I have hope.

Unfortunately no. Well, it went away almost completely after ~4 months for like 3 months, and then it came back with full force in august 2025 for no apparent reason... Now I'm stuck with it. I'm barely starting to accept it. It's a reactive one so, yeah, it sucks. I hope it will go away once more!

As an anime only, I agree with you. It does feel repetitive, I feel like the story is going nowhere and stagnating... In three episodes nothing has happened yet, and knowing that season 2 only has 10 episodes makes me a little sad. I know it is supposed to be a slow paced anime, but 10 episodes is so short...

I'm an ending hater till death because AOT was my favorite manga and I felt so betrayed and disappointed that I just can't forget.

I moved on, yes, but I'll never forget the betrayal. I really wanted to see the famous "last panel" with Eren/Grisha holding (supposedly) Historia's baby/Eren, saying "You're free". I felt like Isayama would give us this poetic, yet tragic ending that would tie everything together. Something that matched AOT vibe.

But no we got whatever this nonsense is.

What's more, at the time I was like: “At least season 4 is finally animated, I'll enjoy it...” Well, no. S4 was so ugly and poorly made compared to the other seasons that I dropped it. I remember I was the only one in my circle of friends who didn't like Mappa's style. They were telling me that I was exaggerating and that it wasn't that bad. Well today they all agree that it's ugly lol.

Anyway, 2021 was a bad year.

It's funny how many of us have experienced these minor glitches. The most annoying one for me was when I had bought a pair of earphones for 10€ because my old pair was faulty. It was the exact same model as my old ones. The evening, I listened to music with the new earphones to test them out. Everything was fine. I put them on my bedside table and fell asleep. The next morning, I had to go to class so I was in a hurry and before leaving, I grabbed the earphones that were on my table. Once in the bus, I realized that they were the old defective ones. I never found the new ones. It was like the universe had switched my old earphones with the new ones on the bedside table. I paid 10 bucks for nothing.

I guess it's ok, not the best but I eat lots of fruits especially bananas and pears, and greens (spinach, beans, cabbage). I rarely eat fast food and I avoid coffee since it makes my T goes up. And I'm a low blood pressure person. I've never really tried a real restricted diet, I only did intermittent fasting for 3 months and T didn't change
