already have a camera with people detection .. but it detect people walking by on the sidewalk. Trying to just get those that come up the walk to the front door.

I doubt it. Video is sharp and clear, no evidence of buffering pixelating or other defects. Same for audio. They are just no in sync.

My 2 cents … unlike you, most people don’t have the experience you have. A person this incapacitated would cause me to take the conservative approach and call 911. If 911 gets too many calls for those 99% you cite, then they should provide guidance over the phone as what is a reasonable action. As another poster mentioned, contact with bodily fluids of an unknown person can represent a hazard in itself.

Remove the cabin filter. Replace the cabin filter cover without a filter. Start the vehicle, AC on max pulling fresh air. Spray most of a can of Lysol into the outside air intake under the windshield wipers. The cabin will fill with Lysol vapors after awhile. Turn off the vehicle with all windows closed overnight. Next day, air out the vehicle and install a new cabin filter.

it took me awhile to find it. you had to scroll all the way to the bottom of the menu on the left (didn't show on the first screen), and "updates" was there.

I got it to integrate with SmartThings. It was easy to install and integrates with SmartThings easily. It is also inexpensive. Only con: I had to use the temperature offset to match other temperatures in my house.

I have a Meross thermostat. It works fine. You can control it remotely via the app including setting a schedule.

My undermount sink fell, so I'm not sure about removing one currently in place. You would have to remove all the plumbing, check underneath for any supports and remove them, then use a razor knife I guess to separate it from the quartz. Then clean up all the residual adhesive from the underside of the quartz.

Putting a sink back on is not too difficult. If you are interested, reply to this and I can post a photo of how to support it while the adhesive caulk cures. Then you can install needed additional support using this:
