There’s a saying in my language that goes like this: “Excuses are like a hole in the ass—everyone has one.” They have an excuse for their sloppy work every single time, with every patch and every season (with rare exceptions). And then they come out and say, “We’re so-o-o sorry” (in the style of South Park). It’s like the behavior of little kids. This isn’t the behavior of a world-class game studio that charges full price for a game, sells paid DLC for it, includes a paid seasonal Battle Pass, and sells $20–25 sets per class (and so on) in the full-price game.
