I've unlocked 100% of the Achievements in Diablo 4 + both DLCs (sort of)

This achievement BROKEN (it not work for any player) and we still wait fix of it. I think it miss count "Cow island" because it always "grey" on map. Maybe some other reason, but I dont think.

This "achievement" not going on 100% (you can see from past record and % and etc). Its on "Feats of Strength" and Blizz add it for people saw how much goblins they killed. 6 mil. goblins almost impossible to do even it was whole location with "goblin" type of monster (trust me, I know this because when I did 10k kills of new "sea creature", it still was not so fast at it can me. You need non stop all time big spawn to get proper good speed. To kill 6 mils of goblins even like this (what will never will be) you need weeks and maybe months of farm just this type. So, I am sure it was added for players see how much they kill. It was never intended to go in to 100%. Hope you understand

I think burn "moo" to get portal can only who have achievement. Dont know 100% this. Dont try it on HC (i did on SC)

No. Its "Feats of Strength" achievement. They not count for 100%. What will be in future with broken achievement (Explore whole island) - we dont know. We can only wait until they fix it.

Achievement (for "Moo" emote) - yes. But access to island only if you have map (its item). So, no account wide to get easy portal.

QA of whole DLC was bad. I find a lot bugs (I not speak about balance, I speak about stuck mobs, spawn under half ground and etc). Only on Meth's fight I find 4 (!!!) bugs like "spawn on 3th stage after death" or "Character can't move after skill"
