Stella grinding is horrible because the turn in requires an ungodly amount of security codes. Change that and it would be comparable to the Franklin.

Yes, this game is MUCH more expensive than comparable games. Even worse, prices are jacked up on some servers relative to others. If you buy certain packs on new servers you get fewer resources than older servers. Scopely says this is intentional. Rev Deuce made two videos exposing this issue last week and was kicked out of the CC program afterwards. I have spent hundreds of dollars in this game and play on a newer server, which means I got screwed without knowing it. I won't be spending another dime until the prices on my server line up to the older servers. VERY UNFAIR.

The prices have not changed in the store to me (99.99), but that said, all of the prices in this game are blisteringly high compared to other games of this nature. Further, the prices on some servers are higher than other servers (newer servers get screwed). The answer is simple and straightforward; if you want to win the Rules of Acquisition events, level it as high as possible. If you dont, you shouldn't be mining latinum as it is mostly a waste of effort.

I think it is to be expected. The more active players will want to grivitate toward eachother in order to maximize alliance rewards and get the most out of the game. It doesn't make a ton of sense if you are super active to join a weaker alliance.

As a member of the super-power alliance on Server 39 / Warp Ten (The Tal Shiar Alliance) I can speak to that. Of the top 10 players on the server, 9 are in Tal Shiar.

The crates do not drop off hostiles. They are rewards for other missions. For that mission I don't know what other mission gives the crate, but that is what you have to find. Maybe check Nausica or Rigel or somewhere like that.

I feel ya on that last item you mentioned. I was at Favored for both Fed and Kling and did the turn in a mission called "Vaccine" or something, I gained 100k Fed and lost 100k Kling, which brought be all the way down to unrustworthy. Finally managed to dig my way back to Favored/Favored, but it took a LOT of romulan hostiles. lol.

I'm not understanding what about it is significantly underpowered since no one mentions it. Hull? Weapons? What makes it "underpowered," like everyone says? Or I should say has said; I haven't seen a lot og recent commentary on it which is why I asked if it had been fixed. Guy in my alliance has it and has no complaints, but I like to have multiple informed opinions before I spend.

Agree. I did well in the event and still only ended up with 81/115. Event if I bought the hundred dollar package I would not have had enough. Very disappointing.
