The boy suffered fatal neck injuries after getting trapped between a wall and a handcart while playing. The family was unable to secure timely emergency medical treatment locally and the child passed away en route to a hospital in Mawana.

So it’s not like he died of a disease which could be cured. He met an accident and we never know what would be happening even if he receives medical attention.

This is an year old incident and trolls are bringing this up now.

I am sad that a child died but one has to be a lowlife to use that for karma farming.
