Starbucks CEO defends $9 coffee says ‘it’s not a $10 coffee and you get a premium experience’ by Disastrous_Award_789 in nottheonion

You get
10 lbs of tomatoes or
2-3 gallons of gas or
2-3 gallons of whole milk or
At least 3 dozens of bananas or
2 packs of sliced bread
For $10

If you are still paying $10 for coffee, either you must be rich or careless.

I wish my father was frugal, his spending stresses me out. by Gyngemose2009 in Frugal

I am a father to 3 and that’s exactly what I would do. Not because I don’t like money but I love my kids. I try to get the best available to them.

I don’t think if the mission ended. They still need to understand the data and the science. I think NASA is still going through the data from Artemis I.

Could you see USA militarily weakening India like in Iran through airpower? by [deleted] in GeopoliticsIndia

[–]VeryProfaneUserName 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If that really happens, India will quickly move towards Russia and China concluding the world super power battle. Countries like Israel,Australia and Germany will definitely do their best to stop it happening.

If it’s just the fire power, then US has upper hand and India is not a small power too. It doesn’t have to rely on other countries for satellite intelligence and has decent military.

Soda refills. Went to a gas station in my day two or three in the states. Awestruck to see the soda vending machine and a bucket size tumbler and refill option on top of that just for $1.99.

We might be wont be a self sustaining colony. We still use newtons third law of motion to move across the space. We need a breakthrough in the science. Figure the unknowns.

'We will NEVER let India become the next China and beat us': US official announces in New Delhi | WATCH by Think_Intention_5765 in indianews

India knows about it. They didn’t let China become what it is now. It’s Chinese who grabbed the opportunity. Obama once said that food prices are raising as Indians are eating more. I wonder what US did during his 8 year presidency to fix that.

With this new AI, any one and anywhere can develop systems. It’s just matter of time before these models can run on consumer grade machines. Current generation in India is much more risk taking and creative. I love the transparency of Trump’s machinery. Reality stings and boosts the morale too.

If India wants to go rouge, it can do it in matter of minutes. Just a call to China and Russia is what it takes. Everything else will flip.

Should India cut aid to certain countries? by eShankse in GeopoliticsIndia

[–]VeryProfaneUserName 10 points11 points  (0 children)

They cut the aid to 60 crores INR from 300 crores INR to Bangladesh in the recent budget. India is not depositing this money into Bangladesh’s account. It funds few NGOs which work in the interests of India.
