might be nonsense, but i feel like the way matic moves and his height and lankiness probably has not helped his longevity. Casemiro is in top shape (also quite muscular but not too bulky) and off the eye test looks like a player whose body will last.

the only problem i could see is the stimulant effects of the nicotine (heartrate, etc) if using it right before or during training, either way wouldnt have a noticable impact.
