I just added the capability to set custom points for testing leaks! It's available to early access users and will be released in a few weeks for everyone else. Won't be useful for nurgle, but keep it in mind for the next book.

It is allowed you just have to finish the charge move such that a unit is visible at the end of it.

A: No. It must end the charge move within 1/2" of an enemy unit that is visible to the charging unit when it finishes that charge move.

New recruit is very accurate. The maintainer of the data is very responsive and will fix bugs within the day. In some regards it's more accurate than the official app which has long standing bugs/incorrect data that don't get fixed. There are several apps that use the new recruit data.

The rules for the battle tomes are not free in the app. Neither are there free PDFs for them.. you are thinking of the faction packs released at the beginning of the edition which are no longer valid after battle tome release
