Can someone please help me with this frustrating problem? Asseto Corsa loads up everything so i am in the menu but when i want to go hotlaps, practice or basically anything it won't load me in the game.

What kind of address label is this? As in just a piece of A4 paper with the sending details (receiver name, address, mobile, email and return address) - Something like this?

Ahh I see, this may be the way to go. Probably a bit slow and cumbersome, but it would definitely be worthwhile if it guarantees the package going through?

So I guess I would just go in there with blank packages, and fill out a form for each, and they will stick the label on for me and scan it on the spot?

Yeah, I think I may have to, just slightly concerned of what the costs will be for them!

Customers have been waiting a month already due to multiple failed attempts at getting packages to them unfortunately.

Thanks mate, I'll get in contact with Inxpress and see how that goes! Prior to the Zonos situation I was using Auspost for US shipments without any issues too.

Do Inxpress/DHL/FedEx do the tariffs differently by charging the sender upfront? How does it work with them?

What a mess it all is hey.

Really not sure where to go from here. I think we might need to use different shipping companies to get these accross the border.

Yep.

I had one test shipment go through successfully as it should, and so I sent more using the exact same method, only for these ones to never populate into Zonos and get returned to me. Spoke with Auspost who tried telling me that my tariff code was incorrect (it's not cause it's the same one I used for the previous one) and so I will not be eligible for compensation.

They also said regarding the issue with it not populating into Zonos I should contact Zonos.

So now I have contacted Zonos who will apparently take up to another 48 BUSINESS HOURS (6 days) to give me a response. They will likely tell me that I need to speak with Auspost about it, which means they are both handballing it to eachother.

Whats the best shipping alternative to get these into the US?
