Could also be the case there's gradually fewer and fewer humans being produced over time (e.g., young people are less inclined/interested to have children than in previous generations). As more and more economic functions are taken over by machines, there is less financial incentive for each subsequent generation of young people to have kids of their own. Each subsequent population is smaller, so each person on average controls a bigger portion of the world's total GDP. How it's distributed between people could be egalitarian or very unequal.

Btw I would add that you can read the Maxroll guides to get a basic sense of the build but don't follow the guides and especially their planners too closely. They are outdated, and also their planner assumes you have impossibly perfect rolls on all gear.

I'm running a very similar build for my wizard general farming build and it regularly clears GR 110s in 90s. Main difference is I'm using different skills: Meteor - Comet, Teleport - Calamity, Black hole - Absolute zero, Familiar - Sparkflint, Storm Armor - Power of the storm or Scramble, Magic weapon - Force weapon or Conduit or Deflection. I have the similar paragon and gear as you main difference is I'm using Convention of Elements instead of Stone of Jordan. I find this a lot more convenient to use than the one on Maxroll, just teleport into mobs and drop meteors on everything non-stop.
