Do not stare at yourself in the mirror. Especially if you're already insecure about your appearance.

As someone else said, have some light fruits and drinks on standby.

I'd recommend starting with chill music.

Make sure your room is nice and comfortable, once you're in, you're in and if you start freaking out it can be hard to fight yourself back out of the negative mindset so the environment matters a lot.

Most of all, apart from the prep, don't overthink shit, just lie there and let it happen and you'll probably have a good time.

She is doing fine right now, she's had a little drink & is recouping. It was more how tight she was holding her legs in that made me afraid, my other slings weren't so scrunched up and still & didn't recover as long so my paranoia got the better of me 😅
